Nominee Promissory Note

Upon my election to membership, I promise to pay Stafford Country Club, Inc as follows: I understand that by signing this note, I be-come obligated for any dues, Club charges, fees, and assessments that have accrued prior to my resignation being accepted by the Board of Governors. I agree to fulfill this obligation under any and all circumstances. In the event that I default and Stafford Country Club brings legal action to enforce this note, Stafford Country Club shall be entitled to recover the amount due, all interest and any costs in connection with the action, including legal fees not to exceed 25% of the principal and interest for which the action was brought. By printing my name and submitting the application online I understand this to be my legally binding signature.
