New Member "Bucket" Incentive
A Bucket shall consist of two individuals/families that enter Stafford CC as new members.
* Each member of the Bucket will pay $2,800 plus tax
* 3-year commitment required for both players
* If the Bucket is broken, due to one member leaving the Club, then the remaining will raise to $3,500 plus tax for the remainder of the 3-year commitment
* Buy out of the program, if necessary, will be $500 for each year remaining
* Minimum spending requirement of $600 per year (family) and $500 per year (individual) apply
* All dues adjustments and assessments (if applicable) will apply.
* No election to office, voting or equity rights to the Club property are included during this 3-year membership
EXISTING MEMBER - offer extended until July 31, 2012
Existing Member "Bucket" Incentive
A Bucket shall consist of an existing member and a new individual/family member.
* The existing member's dues will be reduced to $2800 plus tax, and the new member's dues will be $2,800 plus tax
* A 3-year commitment required for both players
* If the Bucket is broken due to the new member leaving , the existing member will revert back to hi/hers prior dues structure. If the Bucket is broken due to the existing member leaving, the remaining new member will rise to $3500 plus tax for the remainder of the 3-year commitment.
* All dues adjustments and assessments (if applicable) will apply
* Minimum spending requirement of $600 per year (family) and $500 per year (individual)
* New Member - No election to office, voting or equity rights to the Club property are included during this 3-year membership
* Existing Member - Retain all privileges of the CLub including election to office, voting rights and holding equity of the Club property
Social with Golf and Social memberships are available also to meet your needs - (not included in either Bucket opportunity)
